Initial Intake for New Clients
90 minutes: 300 dollars
This session is required before beginning ongoing coaching.

This extended intake session enables us to thoroughly assess your history, behavioral patterns, decision-making style, and current goals. From this session, we will determine whether the 12-week program is the appropriate next step.

12-week mind–body transformation program: 2500 dollars

A structured, high-touch coaching experience designed to help you:

Strengthen internal authority

Identify and correct self-sabotaging behavior

Develop identity-based discipline

Improve consistency and follow-through

Build long-term behavioral alignment

 

Includes:

Weekly 60-minute private sessions

Personalized habit and decision frameworks

Weekly accountability structure

Integration worksheets and progress tracking

Direct support between sessions for implementation

This program is appropriate for clients who want real behavioral change,

not surface-level insight.
