My Story
My name is Alexandra I. Reyf. I am an integrative health coach with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, specializing in somatic psychotherapy. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine and hold certifications in hypnotherapy, yoga instruction, and AcuDetox.
My work is grounded in both formal clinical training and years of direct experience supporting people through meaningful life change. I specialize in helping clients regulate their nervous systems, shift long-standing internal patterns, and build a more stable, embodied relationship with themselves.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work at the intersection of mindset, nervous system regulation, and behavior change. This allows transformation to feel sustainable rather than forced.
While my background is in mental health, I do not provide psychotherapy or clinical treatment.
My work is coaching-based and centered on lifestyle transformation, identity development, subconscious patterning, and somatic awareness.
I work with individuals who are successful on the outside yet feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or internally stuck. Clients often come to me during moments of transition when they are ready to refine how they live, lead, relate, and show up in the world.
If you feel ready to create change with clarity, structure, and depth, I would be honored to support you.
